General Terms of Use
By accessing or using the Shanti Dehdan Charitable Trust website to submit pledges, donations, or browse resources, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Accuracy of Information
When submitting an organ donation pledge, you confirm that all personal and medical information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Registering under false identities or spoofing medical records is strictly prohibited.
2. Legal Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to legally pledge your organs independently. Minors cannot formally register on this platform without the explicit legally documented consent of their guardians offline.
3. Donations and Refunds
All financial contributions made to the Trust are considered charitable donations. Due to the nature of our accounting and funding distributions toward awareness campaigns, monetary donations are generally non-refundable. Tax exemption certificates (under Section 80G) will be issued based on the PAN details provided.
Right to Modification
The Trust reserves the right to modify these terms or any feature of the website at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
